Suggestion: Subscription tab information

Hello,

Can you please add information showing the monthly rewards on the Subscription tab?

So there is a history of showing the months that we received rewards, and whether or not we have claimed them (just like the add-ons tab). Right now it's kind of a mystery, I didn't know how to get the 9 crowns or the 3 obsidian potions until I tried to claim rewards from the bank.

It would be nice if the Subscription tab had a history of the rewards and claiming status for each.

I feel like if we are charged for the subscription, we should get the rewards when we're charged, because that's how the rest of the add on store works.

 

You should be able to claim all rewards in-game immediately after the payment is successful. Is that not the case for you?

 

No, not when I checked yesterday after pledging. I'll check again today and report back.

 

It may have been a period of time before the payment cleared - from what I see now, you should get the rewards on next bank claim. Sorry for the delay!

I got everything except the exclusive title (3 month reward) and the dye pack (6 month reward) but I expect this is by design.

Just had a thought - are those 3 month / 6 month rewards for continuous subscription - or can someone subscribe for 2 months, put it on hold, and then come back - and after a month get the reward?

 

Yes, previous months will count towards future months, even if not done continuously.

 

I don't think this would be possible... i think what @Chaox means is you would have 3 months (qualify for 3 month award, but obviously, not the 6 month award)
