Suggestion: Upper Tears: rename Kobold Energy Transmission Device?

    I like the kobold devices from Mysterious Swamp that were added to Upper Tears- but they are named "Kobold Energy Transmission Device" -- perhaps they should be renamed to something more affiliated with the Barbarian Cannibals that are doing their ritual and summoning the undead waves - or just call it "Experimental" instead of Kobold -- perhaps that is the reason Upper Tears flooded? The Barbarians were experimenting with weather devices or something?

    Follow up to this -- @Chris mentioned during Friday's livestream that this kobold device is being replaced by an Obsidian Shard - that works too! :)
