Summoned creature damage and abilities still aren't scaling

    1. Title: Regardless of level, summoned creatures still do not have damage/special ability scaling on their own.
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker: No
    4. Details: Tested all summons on Sand Elementals and other mobs. Damage from all summons was still very low, and any special ability they had still wasn't scaling (The Wisp's DR reducing ability still only subtracts 1 for the same duration, the daemon's Daemon Chaos ability still does the same damage with the same duration). The only difference is the Death summons, who have passive and artifacts to boost their damage slightly. It takes dozens upon dozens of levels in these passives to see a difference. However, if only the summoned skills are leveled and you don't have the specific artifact, their damage doesn't scale at all.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log into the game. Step 2: Enter a location where a summon skill can be used. Step 3: Summon any creature from the magic trees. Step 4: Order summoned creature to attack a mob. Step 5: Note the damage/ability effect and duration. Step 6: Level that summon once. Step 7: Repeat Step 4. Step 8: Note the lack of scaling.
    6. User Specs: PC running Windows 8, 64 bit OS, Game Release 55.
