    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker: Nope
Details: Summoned Phoenix isn't scaling, Summoned Wisp's debuffs aren't scaling
Steps to Reproduce: Step 1: Log in to the game. Step 2: Enter a location where you can summon a pet. Step 3: Summon a wisp or phoenix. Step 4: Order pet to attack a target. Step 5. Take note of the damage/effectiveness the pets' display. Step 6: Level up the summon phoenix/summon wisp skills multiple times. Step 7: Repeat Steps 4-5 and note the lack of scaling.

The Wisp buffs have never scaled. I just assume that is intentional.

I could understand that for the mesmerize and confusion debuffs, but not the damage resistance debuff, which isn't going past -1.
