Survey completion rewards sent out

For those who successfully completed the surveys we've sent out over the past few weeks, the COTO reward, and the randomly selected rewards, were all distributed today! You can find the COTO reference on the Order Entry or Special Reward section of your Account Page, and have access to it in-game to make in-game purchases.

A reminder that each survey participant will receive 1 COTO. Randomly selected winners received one of the following:

• Elven Elite Archer Armor
• Sigil Fur Cloak Pack
• Lord British Shield
• Darkstarr Shield
• Viking 3-Story Stronghold Town Home
• Village Tax Free Bundle of choice (First Level only)

Thanks again for taking the time to complete these surveys and provide us with your valuable feedback! We've already been reviewing that feedback to begin planning for needed adjustments to future game development and product Launch plans.

I found the reward COTO under "Special Rewards" on the Account Page

I don't know an "Order Entry" -section in my account?

Another related Question: did the reward only go to the main account or to the alternates too (i did the feedback with all three chars of mine (each for its path) twice (two surveys for each char!) but only got 2 rewards on my main char...)

 

This is right! That's for the COTOs. It went to all accounts that filled out the survey... as long as we received your proper email address for each account, and you filled out the survey separately for each of those email accounts, then they should all get it.

 

Argh, I forgot to go back and fix that. When it asked for the email address, I had open a new tab to go and check which email I'd used for my account. When I tabbed back to the survey, it said it had been completed.

 

Other prizes will be later, or if i have already received coins - they will not be?

Why would you fill out a survey more than once?

 

There were two surveys. A Sota one and a travian one. I probably spelled that wrong and for me by the time I filled out the 2nd one I'd thought of things I wished I would have said.

"then my other accounts didn't get the reward - yet?" implies at least 3 accounts - an initial account, then two or more "other" accounts.

As you say, there were two surveys.

If they're running a statistical analysis on the data, it's important that a single person's opinion isn't over-represented.

 

The surveys were a bit different and I always think my thoughts are worth being repeated. I don't say I'm always right but at least if what I say causes some brainstorming ideas that helps development then I'm happy and I think sometimes they do but who knows for sure Im happy to do lots of them.

 

I was told the surveys would come out over email, so I waited. Never got one. Oh well.

 

I'm sorry you didnt get one. I have liked reading a lot of your posts and thoughts. I always click on what's new as my forum reading so I don't miss anything. I think that it opens up more so as not to miss things

I did play all three starting paths so each account has different skills and issues and so my opinion on each was different...

Yes, that was the forum post that was misleading. Announced by community member, acknowledged by Berek as an initial test list of participants, but he said there were going to be emails... so I waited. Guess that was foolish.
That's ok. I give my feedback and my bug reports.

Apologies that you didn't get it! All accounts registered will have received it, unless spam filters or something caught the email. Please check the "Junk" folder too, though of course you won't be able to complete the survey now.
