    Details: Switching decks after using a skill limits that skill's maximum charge.
    Steps to Reproduce: See below for a 100% repro.

    Alright, I totally have this figured out. The bug is when you switch decks. Here's how to reproduce it every time using any skill:
    • Use any skill (you don't even have to charge it up).
    • Switch to another deck.
    • Switch back to your original deck.
    • If the skill you used before hasn't completely cooled down then you will only be able to charge it up to 2 less than the maximum (you loose 1 charge).
    In fact, each time you switch to another deck and back it subtracts another charge from the maximum. Here's a video where I use Rapid Fire, switch decks a couple times and then I'm only able to charge up Rapid Fire to 2 until the heat completely clears.
