I recently upgraded my account and it came with a Tax Free Rowhouse Plot Deed. I currently have a Taxed Rowhouse Deed and House placed. Is there a way to transfer the property and House to the Tax Free Plot Deed or do I need to Unclaim the Plot (sending all deco to Bank) and starting over from Scratch? And would I get back the Taxes I've paid for in advance?

Yep have to start over. In the future they mentioned the possibility of such. Perhaps connected to the magic mover that is to come at tool to move all your items from one lot to another lot when one moves.

Is there a way to retrieve the Tax Credit I had on the old Plot? It's like 29,000 Gold.

I thought that when you unclaim a lot, the remaining tax money was given back?!

I have a taxed lot with 31k credits attached to it, and I can't find a way to have the gold return to my bank. If I give the taxed deed to someone else, the credits are no longer there to be used (tested with an alt). But then the credits show up again (clicking "U") when my main holds the deed. So if I sell the deed, I assume I will be out the 31k. Would love to know if I am wrong though! :D
