Sword of Midras Library Dungeon - Book case containers available but not accessible

    Title: Sword of Midras Library Dungeon - Book case containers available but not accessible
    Reproduction Rate: Often
    Blocker? No
    Details: When clicking on the static bookcase containers inside a Sword of Midras Library Dungeon, nothing opens up and sometimes an error appears stating that the object is in use by another player
    Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go into Sword of Midras Library dugneon instance
    2. Find a bookcase and click on the open shelves
    3. Sometime the error appears right away, after a few moments, or not at all.
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 5.3 Ubuntu 18.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 32061
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 3072
    SotA.Linux.64.1207.Date.05.15.20
    Area: PlayerDungeon_GreyStone
    Area Display Name: Player Dungeon
    Loc: (21.3, -5.0, -54.8)

    This almost always happens because you accidentally dragged it while trying to open it. Turn off decoration mode to prevent this. However, the case where nothing opens seems to be different.

    These are static bookcases that are part of the instance. I am unable to move them.

    I'm thinking that it's a bug. Could be they need to be set as deco spots in the dungeon itself. Just a thought.
    But @Browncoat Jayson is correct in what he says about that error message and dragging.
