Sympathy of Stone bonuses not improving when earth attunement increases

Title: When I raise earth attunement, the Max damage bonus from sympathy of stone goes down, and the damage avoidance bonus remains the same

Details: see below
Steps to Reproduce: I un-equip all items enchanted with earth attunement (baseline attunement), then compare to when I have all the earth attunement items equipped (buffed attunement).
Baseline attunement = 42: + 4.8% Max dam resist, + 2% dam avoid (see pic 1)
Buffed attunement is = 82: + 3.5% Max dam resist, + 2% dam avoid (see pic 2)

User Specs:
OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20GHz (8) System RAM: 12279
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series GPU RAM: 1006
SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.478.Date.09.01.16
