Tailoring masterworking

Can anyone tell me which is the lowest level tailoring item that can be masterworked?

 

"Lowest level" ?
I mean you can enchant the basic cloth/leather craftables...that you can make at extremely low lvls (like, the stuff you can make in Edwin's soltown crafting intro quest)

 

Not something I've ever done, but something I need to look into

 

Haven't a clue how to do any enchanting, so I'll have to view a video

 

I meant masterworking. Apologies!

I have 90 tailoring skill. And 12 masterworking skill. In this release I've tried enchanting epic leather gloves, cloth gloves and leather gloves. It keep returning with a message that I need 25 masterworking to do these.

So I'm thinking that I need to make the lowest level item to masterwork. Problem is because my tailoring is so high, I have no idea what's a low level item, because I can make everything already.

 

I haven't got to masterwork level yet, so guess I can't enchant anything until then
