    Details: talking to npcs with map open prevents mouse use
    Steps to Reproduce:Talk to Captain Cudgel with the map open, hit <tab> or whatever key you have assigned to toggle the cursor - it won't work. Exit the conversation, close the map, talk to him again - it works normally.
