    Sorry for the confusion. The separate post I made for the Belt of Control , Uncommon is for the OP.

    What I am talking about is the tool-tip on the Belt not the stats...

    The belt description fits more inline with the boots.

    thinking seriously about creating a new avatar charactee whose primary tree is taming. this thread deserves more attention :)
