Title: Taming not working in R34
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? Yes
Details: I have been testing collar recovery for several hours with taming chance of 15% to 25% creatures. Not one time did the creature tame to the whistle.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    0. My taming is 107, collar recovery 100.
    1. Go hunting, bring taming collars and summoning whistles
    2. Locate a creature of a level that you get a 15% to 25% taming chance.
    3. Position yourself where the creature is in front of you but can't attack you.
    4. Attempt to tame the creature.
    5. Repeat.
    6. Count collars used.
    7. See that collars used is about one every 5 to 10 attempts varying depending on unknown factors.
    8. Notice that you have not tamed a single creature even though you have made about 200 attempts.
    User Specs:

Taming has been adjusted so that now all creatures will require being soft-targetted (a-la double click to bring their nameplate to the top corner) in order to be tamed. We have verified taming working internally. If you could rereview. Possibly attempt to try and tame creatures of more agreeable levels. If this issue persists, we may need to look further into this.

    Title: Continued taming testing R34
    Reproduction Rate: sometimes
    Blocker? no
    Details: see details below
Steps to Reproduce: steps listed below
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12213
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.401.Date.09.28.16
    Area: HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier2
    Loc: (-10.4, 16.0, 75.0)

I tried this some more today. When I got right up on a creature and let it attack me while taming I was able to tame an elder wolf. I also got it below 50% health to increase the taming chance. That still took a few tries even though it said 44% taming chance.

I wonder if the 44% chance is not a realistic estimate of the actual chance. There appear to be other factors affecting the taming chance that are not multiplied into that number. Maybe range to target, agro on my avatar, movement of target, etc.

I next tried taming large red spider and red spider in west ravenswood for a while. I stood on a rock so they wouldn't kill me. Several times it reported "out of range". Several times it reported that I failed to tame the creature. Never tamed one.

Then I had to make some more collars because that took my last 4.

I went back out to an even easier place west ravenswood to try some more tests with 4 more collars. I found a large brown bear by a log so I stood on the log and tamed it. It didnt tame the first time and said "taming failed". Then three times it said "out of range" but did not indicate "taming failed". But then I could not attempt to tame any more because the "out of range" attempts had consumed a collar 3 of 4 times. Here are the log entries from the out of ranges. Unfortunately it does not report that the collar was destroyed in the log. But 4 collars were destroyed by this. The large brown bear did not tame to the necklace whistle even though 4 collars are gone.

I did not expect an "out of range" failure to consume the collar.

[9/28/2016 4:00:57 PM] Large Brown Bear attacks Kelly O'Shay and hits, dealing 6 points of damage.
[9/28/2016 4:01:28 PM] You failed to tame the creature (Large Brown Bear).
[9/28/2016 4:01:50 PM] Out of range
[9/28/2016 4:02:10 PM] Out of range
[9/28/2016 4:02:20 PM] No valid target found.
[9/28/2016 4:02:32 PM] Out of range
[9/28/2016 4:03:02 PM] Out of range
[9/28/2016 4:03:02 PM] Kelly O'Shay's skill (Refresh) has increased to level 60!

I will have to make some more collars to continue testing.

    Summary:
It appears that "out of range" error is consuming a collar. I am not sure if that is by design.
It appears that the estimated chance to tame that appears when you start taming is too large because some other factors are not being included in the chance.
Collar sometimes is not destroyed when taming fails. But, at 100 collar recovery skill, I am still burning through way more collars than I would expect.

I noticed the same issue, that a 30% or 19% means no success at all. To verify that taming works I tried 50% chance creature which worked immediately. The other issue did I reported seperate.
