    Title: Massive loading/stalling at this area in Silverdale Market

    Details: When entering into Silverdale market at the default entrance, and then walking to the spot located below, the game will come to complete stop. I literally cannot move. It's as if something is causing a a massive slowdown. I am seeing 31 warning messages:

    This isn't new, and has been going on for quite a while.

    Steps to Reproduce: Enter into Silverdale market at the default entrance (Docks), and then walking to the spot located below. Observe the game comes to a complete stop and you cannot move for a while.
