I have 2 Village PA deeds. Due to a teen ager, my houses were moved to Taxed town. When I discovered what had happened, I moved the properties back to the not taxed area. However, I notice that now my deeds are now taxed only. In order to put them back to untaxed, I must pay 4000 cotos (or approx. $40) to put them back to tax free. My question - Why? Same deeds but now taxed.

Deeds are either tax free (they state that in the name) anything else is taxed. Where you place the lot does not matter. There’s no tax free area. Taxes are all based on the type of deed.
