Tele & port item counts weird

    1. Title: My count of teleport and recalls scrolls is off on my shortcut bar
    2. Reproduction Rate: Not sure
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: I had 50 each teleport & recall scrolls in a bag in my backpack. I removed the bag and set it on a table in my house. The count on my shortcut bar for the scrolls didn't change.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Put a stack of scrolls in a bag, check count in shortcut bar. Remove the bag of scrolls and check count.
    6. User Specs: PC Windows 7 Pro 64 bit AMD Radeon R9 200 w/4gb
