Teleport to a friend in Thapae Mizellmist send player to the edge of the map

This town is nested on Resolute. In the past when a player is teleport to a friend who was at the town, it would send the player to either the bridge near the wagon or town crier. As for this release, the teleporter gets sent to on end of the map. If that player decided to walk out, it would send him to the overland southeast from Resolute!??
