Teleport to Friend bug: "Ruined Keep"

It is not possible to teleport to a friend located in the Ruined Keep

 

I don't think this is a bug.

Some locations are private only.

Other locations you have to meet up outside the location with teleport to friend, and all follow the party leader into it to get a party instance.

As a note, how to do this needs to be more clear to players (i.e. this is a documentation and in-game help issue.)

 

We are in a party and the same mode. This works for every other zone I've been in, except for quest zones. Ruined Keep is not, AFAIK, a quest zone.

 

Also, to note, you could Teleport to a friend there in the last release. This is a new issue with this release.

 

You might want to test a few times for consistency.

Have your friend check if they are in a private or public instance (says at the top).

 

a) It's my wife, and we routinely teleport to one another all over the game across multiple scenes. We only play in the joke they call SPO now.

b) As I already noted, this only occurs with the Ruined Keep and some quest zones.

c) As I already noted, this worked prior to the current release
