Template Flatten Request - Forest01a

Could you please flatten the area near:

Area: Bastion's Point (POT_forest_metropolis_01a_template) Loc: (208.1, 40.4, 99.2)

The whole spot across the stone bridge near the bay is bumpy and unavailable to place any housing except for right by the hill. This would be a great additional space and has been requested a lot by players in our town. I'm sure other users of the template would think so as well.
