Tenebris Harbor - Relic Hunter spawn location has path problems

    Title: Tenebris Harbor - Relic Hunter spawn location has path problems
    Reproduction Rate: only when mob is spawned
    Blocker? no
    Details: The Relic Hunter at the location noted below causes some kind of weirdness with paths on the deck near his spawn location. The avatar gets "stuck" around that area and cannot freely move. (This is besides his stun attacks). It only happens when the mob is spawned, if he is not there the avatar can run freely around the area.

    NOTE: This is a different bug than the one I posted here, which is about a different, but nearby, Relic Hunter.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8) System RAM: 16275
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GPU RAM: 6084
