Textiles and Tailoring (Cloth) Need Balancing

Example:

Generally, clearing an area will give me between 8-12 hide and 2-4 raw cotton

The base material desired is a yard (leather) or bolt (cloth)

4 hides make 1 leather and 3 leather make a yard. Creating a yard of leather takes 12 hide.

4 raw cotton make 1 thread and 6 thread make a bolt. Creating a bolt of cotton takes 24 raw cotton.

Using the metric above, I can usually make a yard of leather by clearing 1-1.5 areas, but creating a bolt of cotton requires clearing 6-12 areas. That hardly seems balanced.

How about giving cotton a little love in R22. Pretty please?
