Title: The ability to convert the Rise Shaft Room to Spawned Rise Shaft Room is still broken

Details: I have two Rise Shaft Rooms but I am unable to convert the rooms to Spawned ones.
Steps to Reproduce: Over the month since crafting the Shaft Rooms I have tried multiple times to convert them to the spawned ones. I also have 2 blueprints for the crafting of the spawned rooms but am unable to locate a recipe for the room.
