This is feedback rather than a bug, but I agree, the new format doesn't solve the illegibility problem. And since only two recipes fit per page, the amount of clicking you have to do to browse through the recipe book has increased. Ouch, my aching mouse hand! :(

As there is no effective way to provide feedback during this testing phase, the creative use of the bug forum quite often triggers a 'review' of said feature. :)

I posted some comments on the recipe book under user interface ... it affects crafting but seems to me it's really is an interface rather than a procedural issue

Tell them I have a supply of BLACK ink that I'd be happy to part with if it meant being able to read the book easily.

Yeah. I squint at this post! Dark navy would work too. Black is so boring ;)

At my age, the 3 looks like a 5, the 7 like a 1, a 9 like a 7, and vice versa. Sorry but in this case size matters also. I hate thinking about going out and buying a set of new glasses with a 7.75 magnification so I can see the numbers correctly. Get an old person in there with reading glasses and the beginning of cataracts. If he/she cannot read it, it is too darn light and small.

Might be boring, but we might actually be able discover what's written in there...
