    Details:
    • The "Banner" visual effect that floats over various scene entrances, and displays the scene name, on the overworld map appears to be missing in V359.
    • Probably just a "work-in-progress" thing, but since they were there in earlier QA versions, I thought I should report it.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 8110
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.359.Date.05.23.16
    Area: Novia
    Loc: (-300.6, 16.8, 228.1)
