    Title: The Epitaph Lights Turn on and Off due to camera direction.

    Details:
    As you turn your camera different parts of the ground light up differently.
    This works with many other lights through out the dungeon as well.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Go to the below location, slowly spin your camera around and the lights will turn on and off on both sides of the path.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor (6) System RAM: 24541
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 GPU RAM: 4008
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.393.Date.09.16.16
    Area: Novia_R4_City_Desolis_Underground
    Loc: (-138.5, 60.1, 47.5)
