    Title: The Item Count (external) for lots went up.

    Details:
    Two lots primarily used for Agriculture externally, and the item count went up.
    It may be the lights and containers being counted as lights and deco, but I can't test anything right now and not be able to place it back.

    If certain items are intended to take up more than one deco slot, please post a list.
