Lux Sanctuary presents the Jumping Course. Dare you face the cabinets of fear? (A lvl 5 cabinet is way worse than a lvl 20 Gazebo.) The goal is to climb up onto the cabinets, jump one circuit around the house, and enter the house through the 4th floor balcony.(See pics in the posts below). If you fall you can run back to start and continue the race, most will fall so might still win. First three to enter through the balcony are the winners. The rest are in the "lost due to lag - excuse" group, but don't worry there is a bar next to the sickbay. There will be one "hardcore" competition with no glyphs allowed. Then one "softcore" competition where you can use anyting except for blink, just make one circuit and in through that balcony. Audience There is a special safe view deck for the audience, which has a limited number of seats. The house is decked out with feast, baths and bar. Prizes: None, we are doing this for fun. But if you are a winner and ask nicely by telling a silly story we will spot you a VIP visit to Lux Sanctuary after Live Launch of the game. When: Right after FireLotus' party on FRI 27th March CST 4pm-5pm (US Central Standard Time) CET 22:00-23:00 (EU Central European Time) CCT 05:00-06:00 (China Coast Time, this makes it the 28th March, sorry asia) Where: The first lot in the town of Orden. It's two towns west of Ardoris. (see pics below) Just talk to the town crier and he will give you a strange look and tell you that you are standing next to it. Since Birko made such a nice map of it I will include a link here: https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/forum/index.php?threads/orden-player-forest-town-type-1.23324/ It is the "T1 - Lux" lot on that map, shouldn't be too hard to find... In the mini-map on there you can see the location on Novia. Help: Anyone wanting to help out with Ressurection of the falling contestants would be appreciated. Also anyone wanting to take pics or a recording would be treasured. Notes: The first race starts after +10 min, the second another +10 min after that. You might want to strip to your undercloth if you want to try the race. Dying has such a ruinous effect on ones gear... Why not try out a practice run right away? Go there and check it out. @Net, * @Athanil, @Destrafa and many many more all died on their first try - will you? The only one so far to actually survive was @Themo Lock who due to that level 100 !!! business proved to hard a nut to crack, he kept missing those jumps and falling splat to the ground but just brushed it off, though as far as I know he has nevered finished a lap... One can do the /zone Spoon thing to get there, but if so face the risk of starting in mid air... Oh, and in the case of a wipe or other natural disasters this might be reduced to one beer, one tub, one tear and one cabinet. Please let me know if I missed something. *some people claim they made it on the first try but without evidence; do we really trust them? What do you mean I was there and saw it? I wouldn't trust me in court now, why should you?
