    I like this one. :) Glad to see it's not completely flat everywhere too. Good job. I'm looking forward to seeing more parts of the city like this one that are without all the mud and dirt.

    This is becoming all that I imagined it would be! A huge city with various distinguishing sectors that give it both character and beauty!

    Fantastic job so far Steve. Can't wait to see more.

    It's not exactly what I had imagined. I was expecting a bit more upscale look for the largest city in the game really. Maybe there will be in other parts, don't know yet. *crosses fingers* :) Steve's work is nice don't get me wrong, he has talent and does a good job. :) I was just expecting a more lavish looking city that looks a bit like what parts of Artifice is looking like.

    I'm sure the upscale areas will be included. We've only seen the beggining work so far and there will be lots more to see. I would think inside the castle will be comparable to Artifice for sure.

    I just meant that the differing sectors that are truly distinguishable from one another is what I was expecting.

    I hope so. :) The mud and dirt in most scenes and cities are getting to make me feel dreary when I walk into them.

    Honestly, for Brittany I hoped a single POT-sized map COMPLETELY filled up with NPC and PC houses, and walled along the perimeter.

    I am also a fan of citys that have inclining declining roads and walks .. you see everything as your camera pans up and down helping you take in the view.

    The great design continues :) in addition to all other comments, i like to mention all the different house types. I like the stone houses. Whoever lives or visited Europe, knows that there are a lot of old villages with medival like stone houses. This feels familar. Happy new houses designs are deployed, a few SotA villages/scenes make use of same houses which obviously feels not natural.

    Hey guys! SorcerousSteve once again here to give you an update on the City of Brittany!
    For the past week I have been focusing on designing the interior of the Brittany Castle before circling around to finishing off other sections of the city.

    Here is a first look at the inside of Brittany Castle!

    Brittany Castle is six stories tall, yet its multi-level design makes it seem like a lot more. Everything from royal chambers, lavish dining rooms, and a majestic throne room will all be found here for the royalty of Brittany to enjoy.

    Looking North on the Royal Causeway (the road that links the castle to the port) to Brittany Castle.

    Brittany Castle's Lower Courtyard, here we can catch a glimpse of the Amphitheater and the Oracle Temple. The green walkways offer a recluse for the rich and wealthy to talk about the news of the day.

    1st Floor - Brittany Castle's Main Hall

    2nd Floor - Throne Room
    The Throne is still in the works and will be located in the opposite angle.

    5th and 6th Floor - Bed Chambers
    Lavish bedrooms fill the upper floors overlooking the city below.

    As with all castles, Brittany Castle has a long history. Rumors abound of secret doors and passageways within its walls, *hint hint, a certain bookcase might reveal a secret.
