There are a lot of discussions about XP, game progress and skills. What I would like to talk about is the meaning of M and GM in the game.
At the moment a GM is reached if we have a skill at 100. This means, party members participate by this and lvl up faster if using the skills a GM player in the party has.

Other effects known at the moment???

To give more meaning to this moment,

    1. May be...
At this point a player reaches (G)M, there could be a quest to do to make further progress at this Skill.
Find the 'GM +2' to learn how to do so. Do a few quests he tells and after this you can raise the skill further. Until this it keeps locked.

Like the actual quests to do for mage users to learn the Elemental spells.

    2. May be...
Call a player with 100 Master instead of GM.
Other players in party participate like before.
--> point 1. Is the Task for the Master - now ;)

Call a Player with 120 GM.
This player can teach a master the abilities to go further, too. You don't have to run to visit the far away living 'GM +2'. But you also must do the quests :) Where should be the fun? ;)

A GM can freeze only one! main skill for whole play life: NO decay.
XP points for this one will be taken out of decay Pool :)

This would be a really great goal in specialization!

Just an Imagination on a long travel by train :)

What do you think about, Avatars?

And what do you call people with skills at 200? or above 120?

Well, @Animosh, that's the question of this Thread:
What is the meaning of a M or GM? And from what skill amount do you use it?

A Grandmaster is a Grandmaster. The abilities above are so minimal, that it makes no greater change.
    There is no endless title.

The question is: can we lvl up a skill to or over 200? I don't think so ...

But if yes, should we call someone a GM may be with 150 skill points instead of the 100 or suggested 120?

May be you just can reach this state with Episode 4 or 5?
Good question for the next Telethon ...

More suggestions about the meaning of M and GM and how it could work in the game?

Thinking of a crafting M or GM: could have a special ability to create special weapon/armor depending on his SKILL TREE? So may be if I have great knowledge about fire, my work could have an extra amount of fire resistance, etc.

Ive always said 100 should be master - especially given in things like crafting where you still fail, where masterworking GM'd still can fail a lot. Also, because you never just "master" a skill, grand master suggests you know all which we know isnt true.
