Tickets for Release 36 Lot Deed Raffle

    Raffle tickets may be purchased in-game and grant the holder a chance to win deeds of any size (Row, Village, Town, or City). Place-Anywhere Deed raffle tickets are more expensive but will have fewer deeds than POT raffle tickets, which are more affordable and will have many more deeds in each raffle. This means your chances to win a POT deed are much greater.

    There are two raffles, one for each lot type:
    • Place Anywhere Deeds (20):
      • Row: 10
      • Village: 6
      • Town: 3
      • City: 1
    • Player Owned Town Deeds (150):
      • Row: 80
      • Village: 40
      • Town: 20
      • City: 10

    Raffles are held monthly. Winners for this release will be selected the morning of December 15 before R36 goes live.

    NOTE: There will be no free raffle tickets with this Raffle. Also, as we announced last Thursday, we changed the rules so that each person can only win a single deed of each type (maximum of one place anywhere and one POT).

    A reminder for previous raffle winners to claim your deeds in the bank!

    That change should have been instituted at the start of the raffles. There will still be many alt accounts controlled by a group or individual, but it still seems more legit than before.

    Hopefully this change will stop the hording of deeds by a few and now favor those who have no deeds at all. As glad as I am to see this change,I wish it had been in place before the first raffle.

    You guys should make this the last raffle that distributes POT deeds. Just transition POT deeds to the in-game economy and let it ride. There's no need to monitor POT deed numbers since governors have complete authority over who stays and who goes. Selling POT deeds in game would be a great gold sink and you could probably even get away with putting them on COTO merchants.

    Something to think about!

    Keep the NPC deed raffle alive, though!
