In about 30 years I managed to play and beat almost all Ultima games, including the two Runes of Virtue on the Gameboy, the wonderful Ultima Underworld games, and the two Ultima Worlds of Adventure games (and by the way I've found an apparently unheard of bug in Savage Empire just a week ago, which I have now submitted to the Codex of Editable Wisdom). Now, the only game which I've never ever managed to finish is arguably one of the best in the whole series: Ultima V - Warriors of Destiny. I actually started playing it after finishing Ultima VI back in the days. The whole time while playing Ultima VI I had the feeling that something awesome happened and I missed out. Lord British would thank me for saving him from the Underworld and I was like "...did I? That must've been great!". I got pretty far in the game, but then I lost my hard drive and was too disappointed to start over Now, even though I had enough spoilers to miss 90% of the fun, it's time to beat this game. I've bought the GoG version, which is pretty much the original 1988 PC version + DosBox. Too bad it lacks the custcenes included in other systems' versions but oh well... Anyway... Lord Blackthorn, I'm coming for you!
