    'Toggle Leaderboards' is missing from the Keybindings list in the Options.
    You should be able to assign a keybinding for opening the Leaderboards window.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Go to Options -> Controls -> Keybindings
    2) Observe 'Toggle Leaderboards' is missing

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 12242
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 GPU RAM: 4063
    SotA.Win.64.984.Date.05.31.19
