Too fast movement speed east of Brookwash River

    Title: Offroad movement speed is too high (as if on road)
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: East of Brookwash river (North of Rhun up to Drakenhof), the overland movement speed appears wrong (as fast as if player walked on a proper road).
