tooltip delay slider

    could we have tooltip delay slider?
    Sometimes is usefull to have tooltips on to check something in inventory,but when dragging to crafting window those tooltip windows obscure everything ,same with hotbar sometimes is usefull but windows jumping everytime u hover mouse over skill icon all time are annoying i think such delay option would fix it completely.

    there isn't a delay, but there is a toggle. the default is comma.

    Ah i dunno bout this keybind need check it.
