Tooltips for Skills, Mostly Specialization Related

    Details: Stopped writing down all the errors I was finding in the skills tooltips. In the stream today, I think I saw close to 10 errors. Thinks like saying DOTs in one tooltip, Damage Over Time in another, and Damage-Over-Time in another. One word was missing an S. In some instances, they said Mastery instead of Specialization. In one, it showed two specialization benefits which seemed very apparent to be a copy and paste error from another tool-tip, as the second benefit didn't make sense for that skill. Etc etc etc. And this is just the stuff I caught, not being an expert in the skills, there could be more. Oh, and one using Knockback and Knockdown interchangeably and it should have just been one (pictured).

    Steps to Reproduce: Read tooltips.
