Torc In Ravensmoor leashing problem

(Sorry I forgot to /devbug from Ravensmoor)

Basically, Torc was responding to me taking cover behind a pillar with leashing about 50% of the time. Ultimately, in order to defeat him I had to stop using the pillars for cover even when he was throwing rocks because he would regen too much HP when he did leash.

This is not how he behaves on the current live build. His leashing is minimal there and usually only happens if you go in the water and are soloing him.

 

I can confirm this, was leashing when in cover!
