Torch Scripts on Static NPC Banker and Town Crier Please?

    Can the script that puts torches in guards hands at night be placed on the Static Banker and Town Crier NPC's for PoT's and PrT's? For example the Docks are a "no place" zone for decorations so its very very dark in that area with no way for us to light it up.

    If you could, this would be a great help!
