    Details: Torpor states it will make the player unable to move, but this information is missing on the tooltip:

    Also the text is missing information of what this skill does if the player has Earth Spec.

    Steps to Reproduce: Read Torpor tooltip information in the skills window.

    the "knocked back" state is unable to move. verifying the missing spec info based on @Rinaldi's testing.
