TorPor sound... yikes =(

    It appears ToPor now roots the caster for 7 seconds and disables his attacking. I believe that is as designed. It plays a horrid sound for the entire duration of the spell. it is some ringing bell sound. It is horrible.

    I may be able to tolerate the rooting and disabling but the sound is a killer for me. Please review and improve.

    On second thought, disabling all attacks for a melee char for 7 seconds seems a bit extreme. Root me but let me still dish out some damage.​
