Torpor ; Tooltip wrong and Resisting it will not give strength anymore

    Details: Tooltip says the caster will act more slowly but is actually an unbreakable stun/root, so that is very missleading.
    Also resisting it will not give strength anymore, whereas before you would be able to resist the stun/root but still get the strength buff associated with it.
    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Cast Torpor (easily resisted if you get someone to apply Crowdcontrol resistance buff by stunning you and wearing heavy armor with a shield and having high stun resistance passives)

    Let me bring it up as Im asking this question to myself as well.
    The description says not moving but you're mesmerized, is it expected ?

    If yes, maybe clarify in spell description.
