TORPOR

Thanks for fixing the Torpor skill form the earth tree, and also saying for everyone that hasn't seen the diffeence yet. it is now insanely working since the 536 update.

 

this skill is obviously bugged... a player can be something like invulnerable... damages reduced by 90% (or more) for some seconds... .. a single player can resist to a dragon. (i think there are a lot of NEW TANKS in game now)
i hope that this will fixed very very soon

 

So we got a pala-bubble now? Basically there is nothing wrong with a skill like that... atleast if there is a decent cooldown.

 

For high level you put 5x torpor in a deck and 3 mindwipes and easily get 100% damage avoidance in a plate for a very very long time.

 

With shield of air being broken and not giving the transfer to focus, torpor is the new shield of air for now while it is broken.

 

I think you mean shield of ice @Mac2 , as it gives avoidance. In other words, seems like if you are seeking high avoidance, you can only have it for 8 seconds, untill you to re-cast torpor...

 

No shield of air used to be a great safety skill. When working properly is changes all health damage into focus damage, and with my dex in my air gear I get it down to a .3 transfer rate meaning I only take 30% of the damage as focus damage. If I would have taken 100 damage I will only lose 30 focus.

 

LOL 5x torpor... single cast as an only buff = 100% avoidance.

This was reported already btw.

 

Exactly why shield of air was intentionally disabled. It has been the most OP school and skill in the game since live.

Do I have to teach everyone everything.... What happens when you put torpor in a dynamic slot with a deck at minimum size and you draw it faster than once every 8 seconds?!

Permabuff/rapid action 100% avoidance + STR + healing.

I swear... people are just barely catching the tip of the iceberg of things I figured out months ago (granted Torpor was only re-broken recently, applies to other things though), meanwhile they've all been crying witch and wondering why someone can do so much better than them. I've been saying all along that information is extremely valuable...

Maybe, just maybe, someone reading this will pick up on what I mean and take me up on my offer of 5M gold for all my secrets

How do you know shield of air was intentionally disabled? Was torpor intentionally broken? Was death field intentionally broken? Was shield of ice intentionally broken? Why was in not mentioned in the patch notes if it was intentional?
