Tour Reward

    Hello all,
    I completed the R12 Tour, and the last guide kept saying the hat was mine... but the bugger would not part with it. Do I miss my first "big" quest reward, or is there a delay in getting it?

    This was last night, but was busy exploring, with the server down, I thought I would ask.

    I have not heard of this before, but if he said you had it, then it should be credited to your account. If you check your account (here on the SotA site) it should list your tour rewards. Thus you can check to see if it is associated with your account, even if you could not see it in your inventory. If it is not, you should be able to contact support and get it credited to your account. Good luck and hope to see you in R13.

    I have only been around a few days, I did not know this feature was there.
    Thank you, the item does list on my Account page.
