Tower of the Shuttered eye

Cant access the secret block to get the key and the final loot....

It isnt selectable and no, im not in combat mode

All that way for nothing.....

Small Secret Door does not open.

 

Can confirm. Cannot interact with that block/button.

 

Bug entered

 

I'm able to open the cabinet now, however it's empty.

I'm playing on single player online right now and just ran here from Soltown, so not sure whats up with it.

*Edit* re-entered the tower after a while and it was there.

 

It does indeed open now, but its empty for me. I tried exiting for 15 minutes, reentering a couple times, and a key never spawned.

 

Chests now take a couple minutes to "populate" once a scene is begun, so if you are racing to the spot to open it, you may be too early.

 

Hmmm... still, went to the room, opened, it took me at least 1/2 hour to get there struggling and fighting, but there is nothing but rusted equipment there... or do we have to kill the last mage ?

 

Today I went inside the tower, went straight to the hidden block, it was empty, then read this thread and saw Lum's post. I went outside, waited for the dungeon to reset (which is 15 minutes, I think?) I confirmed it was a new instance because the corpse immediately to your right upon entering had a new hunting dagger on it. I waited a few minutes, killing slimes and skeletons on the first few floors. Then I went to check the hidden block, and the key was there.

On a following attempt, I went and opened the block immediately, and it didn't have the key. So I did what I did the first time, run around and kill things for a few minutes. I checked the block after that, and no key spawned. It looks like if you check it before the game populates the block, it won't populate it a few minutes later when it is supposed to.

really late edit: Or, the key won't spawn if you already have one.
