Here are the available tow blessings POT owners can place in R39 and beyond:

Number of max town blessings by town type:

• Holdfast: 1
• Hamlet: 2
• Village: 3
• Crossroads Village: 4
• Town: 6
• City: 10
• Metropolis: 15

Level 1 town gets you:
+1 combat health/focus, +3 crafting skill, +15 adventure skill
Need up to 9 number of claimed lots in a POT

Level 2 town gets you:
+1.3 combat health/focus, +4 crafting skill, +20 adventure skill
Need 10 - 19 claimed lots in a POT

Level 3 town gets you:
+1.5 combat health/focus, +5 crafting skill, +25 adventure skill
Need 20+ claimed lots in a POT

Just list your town and what type of town blessing(s) that will be made available, and where your town is located in Novia or Hidden Vale. (N, NE, E, SE, S, SW, W, NW). If the town is PVP or PVE.

I think if everyone added in their actual town's bonuses, that would help.

Dara Brae has the Honesty Blessing out and I get +15 focus and +3 alchemy (Hamlet). Ordinis Mortis has the same Honesty Blessing and gets +25 focus and +5 alchemy (Metro)
