Town lot placement

    Can we please get a town load placement option like the plot item one where you pick "no reservation", "reserved for town residents", "reserved for .." ? so that when we put down 20 lots we dont need to set each one to not reservered?

    And, to make it worse, if you even move a lot marker by a single pixel, it resets back to the default of "reserved for residents".
