Town NPCs going to wrong position for time of day, then running away again

    Title: Town NPCs going to wrong position for time of day, then running away again
    Reproduction Rate: 80%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Often go to an NPC location, see that NPC walking towards their day position at night time, NPC will arrive to their spot then immediately sprint away towards their night position/bed.
    Depending on the time, sometimes the NPC will then decide it's about to become day and then do yet another turnabout and come back.

    Playing in party mode so this may be due to distance loading/unloading optimizations, assuming distant NPCs get culled or paused if no-one's directly near them.

    In the situation I keep triggering it, the night location is further away from where I've been than the day location.

    In addition, most NPCs will act like their shop is open when talked to as they walk past in this manner, but the shop panel never opens unlike 'real' morning when they move to their locations and stay.

    Steps to Reproduce: Head towards NPC's day location around midnight-late night in private/party mode.
    Happens nearly always when I spend a while in town but away from the NPCs then head to them at night to wait for dawn.

    Specifically, I go between a house and the crafting tables listed below in harvest (likely for nearly an in-game day), then head to the crafting supplies NPC at night.
    This happens even if I've visited the NPC previously during the same load session.
