Tradability and Tangibility of Houses

Sorry if this has been answered. I skimmed the first two pages of threads and didn't see anything.

So, with the houses we've all received from pledging whatever amount, how do we trade them to others if we want to?

Do we currently have any tangible item proving we have some sort of deed to some kind of house?

 

I have a task for Release 10 to begin implementing "House selection driven by items" (not by myself, of course, but with much help from the team). My thought at the moment is that the current selection list you see of all houses will be filtered by the "house deed" items you have (not the final name of the items). There will likely be holes at the beginning, such as placing a house you have the deed for and then selling the deed, but we will fill those holes as the releases go forward.
