Details: When placing the viking keep house on a wooded lot, tree branches stick through the second floor walls and takes up a lot of space on the roof.

@aggaton, portalarium is responsible for groundskeeping for npc towns and player-run towns, but not for player-owned towns. your governor and any stewards he or she has designated have the power (and responsibility) to put down a mower paver to remove that tree or to move your lotstone a bit so the tree doesn't interfere with your house.

 

Town owner can use grass and tree removers on these. They look like a little hatchet and say for example: "16 x 16 grass and tree remover" on them. @aggaton

 

Thanks, I think it got done yesterday after I wrote a note, but now today the trees are back... They also prevent access to the roof now...
