    The original OP i believe thinks that the two bonuses should be applied multiplicatively. As they increase the same stat and that stat is currently additive, I don't see how that is really possible. I favor changing the entire timing reduction system to be multiplicative for my own reasons(I can go over them if you are curious). At the bottom line you are right that it mostly is a case of just being too fast after recent changes.
