Truth Virtue Armor Quest

I've completed the Trust quest-line (I.e. visited the remains of Borreus, received the crown, etc.) but I didn't at any point come across the quest for the Trust Virtue Armor.

My understanding is the virtue armor quest for truth is different than the main-line quest for truth.

Does anybody know where the trust virtue armor quest starts?

each piece is a different quest. talk to the automaton in blood river outskirts, the museum staff in jaanaford, the gentleman by the mine entrance in storm's reach, a couple of possible people outside the camps in sunless barrens, and an ecologist in a random animal encounter.

Boots - Yew, Sunless Barrens, South Dracvald Spur
Legs - Ardoris, Harvest, Jaanaford

So after searching the Hole map 2x times I have found no mine where is this mine?

 

Look for a boat next to Aerie that goes to Storm's Reach.

from the default entrance, turn left around the hillside and the mine entrance and quest giver is there
